Mans Relationship to Death.

Man's relationship with death is one that has puzzled the human mind for centuries. Man's opinion of death varies from culture to culture, but whether it is seen as an escape from pain and suffering, or simply a cessation of life and consciousness, we can all agree that death is a heavy reality. Man will always be left with unanswered questions like "What happens at death?" and "Is death real?". But perhaps the most important question to consider is what Man's relationship to Death truly entails. Are we merely just waiting to die or is there something infinitely more profound about our mortality? It is these uncertainties that explain why Man has a unique relationship with Death, entirely their own. Man does not get to pick his ending, but the journey will always be filled with purpose, if we choose to find it.
